Jerry Pico goes to work energized every morning because he is passionate about working with individuals, groups and organizations to define and achieve success in their own terms!

Jerry’s career has spanned over 20 years and has always been about working with people and process to improve performance – first is sales and line management in the services industry; then in talent acquisition; and for the past 12 years in various disciplines within talent management domain including learning, leadership and organization development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.  He has held numerous leadership positions and achieved success in all of these domains.
