Jerry’s Approach to Coaching

Jerry has been coaching formally for over 10 years and has worked with thousands of individuals to help them improve different areas of their lives. His approach to Coaching emphasizes that self-awareness and the understanding that our beliefs and biases, are the keys to seeing how we show up in the world, and knowing whether or not we are having the desired impact we want.

The feedback Jerry most frequently receives from his coaching clients is that he listen well, asks powerful and thought-provoking questions, provides valuable insights; is inspirational, motivational, approachable, non-judgmental and trusted; and creates a safe and supportive place for his clients to take prudent risks in order to achieve the results they desire.

He maintains a very diverse client base in his private coaching practice, and works exceptionally well with people of different orientations and from diverse ethnic, cultural and geographic backgrounds.

Jerry expertly uses Personality Assessment Tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory and Strength’s Finder to bring light to his clients’ strengths and areas of development, and develop their self-awareness.
