Jerry is a highly skilled and intuitive facilitator who has worked with a diverse array of groups and teams to improve their performance.  Groups of any size, composition and purpose function better with the aid of a trained facilitator to clarify goals and roles, ensure that all members contribute fully, and that the group is held accountable to meet its goals in a timely manner.

Jerry is trained and certified in several methods of facilitation, and primarily uses the Myers-Briggs and World Café Graphic Facilitation methodologies.  He has worked with executive leadership teams in both corporate and nonprofit environments to help them identify, set and achieve strategic and operational goals.  He has also worked with task specific groups and cross-functional project teams to create and follow agendas and schedules that enable them to complete their assigned tasks.

As a result of his work in the areas of diversity and inclusion, Jerry is particularly adept at working with groups that are culturally diverse and geographically distributed.

Jerry is also expert at researching, identifying and introducing industry and subject matter related best practices to groups to support them in defining and achieving their goals.
